I'm not sure he has the nose for it, and he only seemed interested in a doe that was nearby. He may have been readying for something, but I don't think it was parcel delivery.
Last summer... very early on. A mother and three tiny tiny babes. On the edge of the prairie. It was lovely to see. The little ones playing about... but my heart sunk... because of the location. I do hope they all made it. I was hoping to keep tabs on them and then Covid and then I chose to stay away this year. I have a little video on my phone... not very good... but proof! LOL. Thanks for sharing this.
Deer season just ended, so it has been delightful to see them around. I wonder, in the autumn, if the regular visitors will still happen by in December.
