It may sound odd but I like the fact that you are wearing boots lol, very masculine. Nice to see some green, are you wearing mosquito netting because that's a dose of reality for many of us!
This is certainly a different take on pulling a rabbit out of a hat. I definitely like your magic act better...more dicks please! Did I say dicks? I meant tricks. Sorry, not sorry.
Much appreciated comment, Craig. Thank you. But, oh my, according to the BBC, there's some serious shit weather that has come, or is coming, your way. Do take care of, as we treasure them, your nether bits and pieces.
Nice to see some summer sunshine; I've got friends in New York/ Boston where it has been -9 to -16 [though in Scotland it got to -13]. I guess in the leafy glades of Canada you miss the worst. Interesting position of your body, worth a visit later in the year I think! Stay warm.
The lowest the temperature has dipped here, so far this winter, is -27.9 and there have been a couple of days with the maximum below -18. Not amused, to say the least.

ReplyDeleteI usually wear boots; it often surprises me how light my feet are when I head out to the trails wearing running shoes.
DeleteYes, my mosquito mesh suit is a must. Fortunately, it integrates well with my photographic goals, helping me to blend with the woods.

ReplyDeleteMagic and mischief. What's a wand without a little tomfoolery?
DeleteIt's not the relentless nights I mind or the cold really....I enjoy the change of season. It's that I miss my bed of ferns that you pose in.
ReplyDeleteI'm fairly fond of fronds myself. I envy them, dozing the winter away beneath the snow, dreaming of their greening.

ReplyDeleteThe storm was somewhat nightmarish at times, but most of the digging out is done.
DeleteIt's too cold for photographic adventures with flopping naked nether bits (too cold for my camera, of course).

DeleteYou stay warm too, Pete.
