The hillsides are green and we even had some snow which is highly unusual for Santa Cruz. Unfortunately, we are still recovering from the storms in January which caused considerable erosion and damage to the ocean front cliffs, walking paths and roadways.

ReplyDeleteIt sure would be nice if the rain would come with moderation and replenish the moisture in the soil, rather than wash it away.
