    1. Thank you for your compliment Peter.

It's the mosquitoes that are keeping me inside here. Hopefully it won't get cold for a bit yet, although that does help with the flying pests.

    2. well, everything you do, Tomass, always has a message, so maybe you'd care to explain this one.

It's black and white, which is always meaningful, and it's sad...

    3. Sometimes, perhaps often, there are intimate physical encounters. So close, yet so far - and your backs turn to fading footsteps. It's done, a nameless whisper.

Sometimes, hardly ever, the touch goes deeper. You watch him walk away, you wonder if he'll look back. If he doesn't, is it mortar for the walls?

How do you swallow that cold stone?

    5. It means a lot to me that you take the time to have a look at my work, and contemplate my titles.

  2. I have stopped trying to get inside Tomass' mind, and now just enjoy his photographs for the stunning pieces of art they are. Every artist has his own idea of what he is trying to portray. He also knows that when it is viewed by an audience, it may be interpreted entirely differently from the original intent. A seasoned artist is fine with that notion. And Tomass is truly a consummate artist.

  3. Now this is quite possibly your most stunning self-portrait ever - and it's quite possible that I have said that before, but I mean it sincerely.
